About Polynt Composites USA:

Polynt Composites USA is a global leader in the manufacturing of composites, coatings, and chemical intermediates, serving key industries such as industrial, transportation, construction, marine, medical, and consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to provide accurate accounting and financial information.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of internal and external contacts.
• The ability to present financial analysis to upper management.
• Ability to interpret the month end close results.
• Support Sales managers with necessary historical and forecast financial information, including margin management.
• Work closely with and provide information to corporate operations and finance.
• Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• BS in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years financial analysis and/or accounting experience with preference in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of the Company.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive.
• SAP experience required.
• Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Business Intelligence or other database management software/AI required.
