The HR Generalist is part of the Americas region, which includes 18 sites in North and South America. This role supports ~4-6 sites and functional groups. Key Responsibilities:
- Support ~4-6 company manufacturing sites and functional groups (~150 employees) in the following key areas:

- Lead the full talent acquisition cycle
- Own the onboarding and offboarding process
- Partner with regional manager(s) and site managers, championing change management
- Primary point of contact for employees and managers
- Proactively support the delivery of HR processes
- Lead employee recognition and engagement efforts
- Facilitate relevant trainings (i.e. recruitment, interview, process, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Actively identify opportunities and come up with proactive solutions
- Work with managers on succession plans for key talent and positions
- Lead employee investigations and participate in the corrective action process
- Manage leave of absences and worker’s compensation cases
- Stay up to date and ensure compliance with local laws and updates
- Respond to and manage claims: unemployment, legal, government agency, etc.
- Gather, analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations, such as employee retention and exit interview data
- Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exercises good judgement and decision-making ability
- Lead meetings with upper management and the executive team as it relates to sites or functional groups
- Ability to prioritize and effectively anticipate and respond to issues
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Travel regularly to sites; up to 20% travel
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
- HR certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)
- Minimum of 3 years of related human resources experience; multi-site, manufacturing preferred
- HRIS experience (ADP Workforce now, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Teams

Salary: 65-80k (based on experience)
