What You’ll Do

As the Production Scheduler, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Processing daily customer service orders and scheduling them for production
• Coordinating closely with purchasing and procurement to confirm material availability
• Generating and distributing batch cards and production paperwork
• Communicating with the production team to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations
• Adjusting the production schedule and communicating updates in daily meetings
• Managing downtime planning for maintenance
• Acting as backup for the Production Assistant when needed

You’ll be the go-to person for translating customer needs into actionable production plans, with visibility into every dollar of production that flows through the plant.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Inventory management and batch scheduling experience
