Material Handler Jacksonville

Job Objective:

A Material Hander oversees the process of moving and distribution materials.  He/she will be responsible for staging materials, driving forklift, lifting 50 pound bags, manual drum moving, charging reactors and other duties as assigned.

Daily Job Expectations: 

• Housekeeping
• Work safely and follow all policies and procedures;
• Identify and report unsafe conditions immediately;
• Check equipment for unsafe unusual conditions and correct or report findings to maintenance;
• Follow all site safety policies and wear appropriate PPE;
• Ensure that Routine Job Tasks are completed;
• Adhere to Polynt Attendance Policy

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Be able to lift to 50 pounds;
• Be able to climb stairs and work at heights;
• Be able to work a rotating shift;
• Be able to work overtime when needed or required (including weekends & holidays).
